Here's a brief summary about our recruitment and what we're expecting from you. We have recruitment seasons during which you are free to post your own Join Request. After the time is done, we close the section and we vote. After the vote some people may or may not get trial membership to the clan.
So then, what are we looking for? We're looking for people who are good at something that's useful to us and talented in communicating with other people, including people that you don't particularly like. Skills that we have a special interest in.
How about the Join Request? Your Join Request is your advertisement to us. You should write it as if we knew nothing about you in advance. It should be written in proper English as that is the language we use. Your Join Request should not be copied or based on someone else's. This doesn't mean you can't use the same layout as someone else but at least make it yourself.
You can take the example of making a request like it should include your normal information, how long you played where you played and your old clan etc or any other information.
Last but not least; if you're very young or you have to use Google Translator (or equivalent), you shouldn't even try. It will be a waste of time for the both of us. It might be sad but it's true. You need to be mature for most of the things we do.
